Now full.
This retreat day, in a beautiful Quiet Garden in Storrington, West Sussex, gently helps us to explore aspects of being both ‘in solitude’ and ‘in community’ in order to come to know ourselves a little better. We draw on the rich resources of the Christian mystical and contemplative tradition along with the natural world, our own life experience, the wisdom of the body and the presence of the other. There will be times of listening and sharing along with times of silence, stillness and solitude, with the opportunity to weave together insights in metaphor, movement and symbol. The day is led by Revd. Tessa Holland and Mark Holland, both members of the new monastic community Contemplative Fire. Lifts can be provided, picking up from All Saints Church, Hove. If you are interested in going on this day please email me through Meet Up for further details. First come first served. We can have 12 people in total.
Suggested donations £15 / £10 concessions.
