Please note start time of 8.30pm for this week only due to an earlier service in the church. You are welcome to come at 8.15pm and meditate in the Spirit Chapel. We will start chanting at 8.30pm
Any one can do this! All are welcome! You do not need to be able to sing!
This universally acknowledged form of worship is simple yet transformative. The sound created when voices come together to sing simple, yet beautiful chants creates a perfect space for meditation, contemplation and prayer.
The chants are very easy and include some Taize and Christian chants as well as some from other faiths. They lead us into a 20 minute silence for mediation and prayer.
Entrance is by the side door on Eaton Road. We meet in the beautiful, candlelit Spirit Chapel. Once a month, on the first Wednesday of the month, we stay on after chanting for warm drinks.
Wear warm clothes!
Suggested donation £3 – £5. Donations contribute to the running costs of All Saints Church.
