Eurythmy means ‘Beautiful Movement’. This gentle yet powerful art of movement has been described as ‘praying with the body’ and the ‘art of the soul’. Participants need no previous experience, soft shoes are recommended but not essential, as is loose clothing.
To be led by Lee Whitaker. Lee has performed Eurythmy for many years and has taught classes in Brighton and the West Midlands.
